Arriva awarded £400K performance bonus despite missing targets

untitled.jpg.ashx.jpgLucy has recently uncovered that Arriva, the company running some ambulance services in Manchester, has been awarded a £400k performance bonus, despite failing to meet performance targets set each month since taking over the contract last April.

Lucy has been conducting this work, in part, due to the number of complaints she has received regarding the services provided by Arriva.

When speaking on this issue, Lucy said:

"I've been overwhelmed with complaints about the service Arriva is providing and many of the people who have been let down by the company will be shocked to hear that this money has been paid out."
